How it Works

1.  Sign and Return the Purchase Agreement

Once you've received and accepted our offer, you can sign and send it back to us by either mail or email. After we have a signed purchase agreement, we will hire the title company or attorney to get started. Let us know if you have an attorney that you like to work with, or we can recommend one local to you.

2. Schedule a Closing Date of Your Choice

It typically takes 3 weeks for the attorney to complete all of the closing documents. At this time, they will reach out to you to schedule a closing date. You will have the option to either close in person at their office or remotely by mail. All of the attorney costs and closing costs will be covered by us.

3.  Sign Closing Documents

At this time, we have sent payment for the property to the attorney who will hold it in escrow until you and I have signed the closing documents.

As mentioned above, you will have the option to either sign your documents at the attorney's office or sign in front of a notary local to where you live and mail the documents back to the attorney.

4.   Close the Sale

You will receive the sale proceeds from the attorney at closing for the full amount agreed upon. Most real estate attorney offices will typically provide the option for you to receive your proceeds by a check or a wire.
