What kind of properties do you buy?

We have invested in a variety of properties, from raw acreage to single-family homes and mobile homes to everything in between. We have even purchased multiple properties with squatters! We buy properties in as-is condition and handle all of the due diligence ourselves.

What if my property has multiple owners?

This should not matter as long as everyone is on the same page!

What if my property has title issues?

We have years of experience working with title companies and attorneys on resolving all sorts of issues. We always have a title search done before closing. If any issues arise, we will inform you and see what needs to be done to fix them. This is something that comes up every so often.

What if I cannot find a copy of my Deed?

No need to worry. The closing attorney will take care of this and prepare a new one. Most of the documents needed in the purchase of your land can also be obtained easily from the county offices. There will be very little effort needed from you.

Can I get an offer for other properties I own?

If you own other properties that you have considered selling, feel free to let us know. We can let you know if we have interest or not.

Do you actually pay All closing costs?

Yes, we pay all closing costs and due diligence expenses. The price that we agree upon is the amount you will receive on the closing day.
