Welcome to Moose Properties!

We look forward to assisting you.

Our Process is Simple. After you accept our offer, we hire a title company or real estate attorney to handle the purchase and sale. This means you will have a third party working for you on your behalf. You can contact the title company or attorney with any questions anytime.

Moose Properties is dedicated to making the process easy for you. We work hard to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We will also cover all closing and due diligence costs. We have years of experience with closing real estate transactions and have completed over 140 transactions as of 2025.

Moose, who the company is named after, was an old family dog. He was a stray that found his way into the family. Moose are also symbolic of wisdom, courage, and resilience, which was a very fitting name for this dog. He is the original inspiration behind taking care of less fortunate dogs and other animals.

We donate to an “animal related” charity each time a property is purchased. We multiply whatever purchase price we agree on by 2% and donate this amount. This is in addition to the purchase price, so it does Not come out of your proceeds. Although it’s small, it does make a difference. It has added up to tens of thousands of dollars since the end of 2021.

Testimonials

Our family has owned this parcel for almost 30 years and have done nothing with it. It has some challenging terrain that would be difficult to build on. Thank you for seeing the potential in our property and following through with buying it as promised and covering all the closing costs.

-Martha S.

David stuck to his word and made the process of selling our property easy, despite some unexpected title issues that needed to be resolved. Stay Honorable!
