Our Mission

Thank you for visiting! We are a small company established for our love of real estate.

We have been actively involved in real estate investing since 2018, and we continue to simplify and improve the selling experience for our customers. Because of this, we have successfully purchased over 140 properties since this time.

We personally own every property we close on. Our goal is to make the real estate transaction process as simple as possible, and we will work with you every step of the way to ensure that everyone is satisfied. We work with trusted local title companies or attorneys and typically close in under 4 weeks.

In 2021, our sales manager David Lipsky got involved with an animal shelter and rescue. For every property purchased, we donate 2% of the purchase price to help dogs in need. This 2% donation is in addition to the purchase price (so it is not taken out of your proceeds)!
